Our sourcing model focuses on understanding both our customers' and applicants' needs through meaningful communication, technical expertise, and ongoing training to create successful career matches.
Recognizing today's rapidly evolving technical and business needs, Romack introduced an on-demand a la carte service available to all clientele known simply as Romack Adapt. With this capability, clients, applicants, and employees can breathe a little easier knowing we can meet ever changing needs and goals.
Romack Adapt is a combined offering of five traditional Staffing services. Of course, any one of the services may be utilized individually: Contingent / Contract (both Hourly & Direct), Professional Search, Outsourced, Talent Acquisition, Payroll. Note: All fees are paid by employers. Romack does not charge job seekers for services.

Contingent Staffing - W2 Hourly, Hourly Contract, Contract to Hire (aka Temp to Perm) & Direct Placement
Professional Search - Includes specialty, niche searches as well as executive placement
Talent Acquisition - Requires a Retained agreement; very targeted, call for more information
Payroll Services - Processing of both hourly and salary payroll
Outsourced - Total Recruitment, Vendor/VMS, HR, Onboarding/Training, and Payroll management
